Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of capmob.ai (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by Capmob Financial Services LLC, a company established in the United Arab Emirates (“Capmob”, “we”, “us”). [To be confirmed by counsel] Registered address, licence number and licensing authority.
2. What the Service is
Capmob is a marketplace that helps small and medium-sized businesses (“SMEs”) understand their financing position and connects them with banks and other finance providers (“lenders”).
- Capmob is not a lender. We do not lend money, arrange or guarantee credit, or make credit decisions. Every decision to offer, price or decline finance is made by the lender alone, under its own criteria.
- CapScore and CapReport are indicative assessments only. They are Capmob’s own estimate of how a lender might view your business, built from the answers and documents you give us. They are not a credit score or credit report. In the UAE, credit reports and scores are issued by the Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB).
- Lender matches and eligibility indications are not offers of finance and do not guarantee approval.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register, which must be established in the UAE. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. [To be confirmed by counsel] Any further eligibility criteria.
4. Your account and obligations
- Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Only upload documents and information you are entitled to share, and that are genuine, complete and unaltered.
- Do not misuse the Service: no false or misleading information, no access to other people’s accounts, no attempts to disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
5. Documents you upload
You may upload documents such as bank statements, trade licences and financial statements. We use them to produce your CapScore and CapReport and to suggest suitable lenders, including through automated and AI-assisted analysis. We share your information and documents with a lender only when you choose to apply to that lender. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
Lenders pay Capmob for introductions made through the Service. [To be confirmed by counsel] Fee disclosure wording and any borrower-facing charges.
7. Liability
The Service, including CapScore, CapReport and lender matches, is provided for information only and “as is”. It is not financial, legal or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, Capmob is not liable for any lender’s decision, or for loss arising from reliance on an indicative assessment. [To be confirmed by counsel] Liability caps and exclusions.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. [To be confirmed by counsel] Applicable emirate and courts or forum for disputes.
